Purchase Agreement

Once the buyer has decided upon the purchase of a puppy, a deposit of $300 is required to hold the selected puppy.  Hidden Valley GR accepts through the website, or cash for the deposit.

When the puppy is 8 weeks of age, the balance of the payment for the price of the puppy is due upon pickup with cash, Venmo or Facebook Pay. If the puppy is being shipped to the buyer, the balance including shipping must be paid in full before the puppy is released for shipping. Upon receiving the balance of the price of the puppy, Hidden Valley Retrievers will release the puppy to the new owner.

Puppy deposits on existing litters of puppies are not refundable. If the buyer is unable to move forward with the purchase of a puppy from an existing litter, Hidden Valley GR will be released from the obligation to hold this puppy for you and may sell this puppy to another customer.  Your puppy deposit will remain available for you to use toward the purchase of a future puppy. You will have 1 year to complete the transaction.

If you are making a puppy deposit for a puppy from an anticipated litter, and the anticipated puppy becomes unavailable, Hidden Valley GR will refund your entire deposit or offer the option of replacing this puppy with another puppy from a current or future litter.

-This puppy is sold with the understanding that he/she will be purely a pet and will not participate in any kind of breeding.
-We do offer full registration to limited approved homes and for an additional cost.
-Buyer Agrees to register the puppy with AKC with the provided paperwork

The purchase price of a puppy is $1200-$2500.  Part of the purchase price will be paid immediately with this contract as a deposit to guarantee that the seller will hold the puppy for delivery to the Buyer. After crediting the deposit, the balance will be paid through the website, with cashier's check, or cash at the time of pick up or before time of the delivery of the puppy by the buyer.
